While back, I bought an Instant pot pressure cooker online. It’s been a pretty good investment. I’ve used it to make various slow roasted foods much quicker because it’s a pressure cooker. This past week I tried my hand at making a vegan chili. The chili turned out really well. It has beans, quinoa, nutritional yeast, a few kinds of peppers, and also tomatoes. The spice is medium. It’s very palatable, and you won’t break a sweat eating this chili.
