Back in September, I started growing a bunch of tomatoes. The two biggest tomato plants I have currently are Mr. stripy and San Marzano. The sand Marzano tomato is delicious and it’s tomatoes are bountiful. I’ve probably picked several dozen tomatoes at this point. However Mr. stripy has been slow to produce. I just saw a blossom on my plant and that means that in the near future I will have a Mr. stripy tomato.
The tomato gets it’s name from it’s red and yellow stripes.
